Colombian DJ and producer Felipe Gordon is coming to Dublin’s Racket Space at the end of April, courtesy of Deeper Recordings and Bodytonic Music.
The Bogotá native, who has been making waves in house music with his blend of house, disco, and funk, will play the venue, in the basement of The Bernard Shaw at Cross Guns Bridge Glasnevin, on 26 April with support from Paul Allen and Glen Kelly.
Drawing on elements of classic house, jazz and disco, Gordon’s signature sound is a fusion of old-school vibes with a modern twist, while his productions have been released on labels such as Toy Tonics, Shall Not Fade, and Razor-N-Tape.
Here’s a recent set of his from the infamous HÖR basement in Berlin, which showcases his broad array of styles.
Tickets for the gig are available via Eventbrite and Resident Advisor, and can be found here.
