Late stage capitalism is roaring as private equity buys up a venture capital-funded underground music sensation. Superstruct Entertainment has acquired the live music event series Boiler Room in a deal with Boiler Room’s latest owner, ticket broker Dice. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed
