Written by on May 10, 2023

Austin City Limits Music Festival has announced their 2023 lineup.

The music festival takes place in one of the leading music cities in the US and features a diverse range of music across genres like hip-hop, rock, and dance. As a testament to its musical smorgasbord, The 1975 (weekend two only), Foo Fighters, and Kendrick Lamar will be headlining this year’s festival alongside the live electronic staple, ODESZA

The music festival will take place at Zilker Park in Austin over two, three-day weekends in October from the 6-8 and then the 13-15.

Three-day GA wristbands are now on sale starting at $335. The GA+ wristbands begin at $705 and include private lounge access, complimentary soft drinks, and access to air-conditioned restrooms. Single-day tickets are set to go on sale at a later time in lockstep with the single-day lineups. Prices at checkout include all fees and shipping costs for wristbands.

In 2021, Austin City Limits held their 20th-anniversary event after canceling the year prior due to the pandemic. Headliners for last year’s event included Billie Eilish, Miley Cyrus, and RFS DU SOL. Other supporting acts included Madeon, St. Vincent, Marc Rebillet, and Alison Wonderland.

As pandemic lockdowns and masks become a thing of the past, the music industry’s live sector is exploding, according to a new IMS Business report. Producer and DJ David Guetta predicted this historic return in late 2021, stating that the “best years for dance music in history” will come after the pandemic.

“This is not just about bouncing back; this is bouncing back and almost bouncing off the trampoline,” Mark Mulligan, Managing Director of MIDiA Research, told Variety
